Features Tour 3: Event Registration

Sell tickets, collect data, manage attendees

Custom registration forms made simple

Creating beautiful and functional registration forms for your event is now a smooth and seamless experience. You can also create global fields and set them as default, so that every time you create a new event they are preloaded as basis for your registration forms. During event creation you can also add extra registration fields on the fly, or remove the default ones according to your needs. Fields can be set as mandatory and are beautifully crafted for you on the frontend.

Paypal integration with freedom & flexibility

Selling tickets through Paypal is now just a matter of entering your Paypal account and setting up the price for the event. Ohanah manages unpaid attendees and keeps track of your payments so that you never lose control. In case you are selling the tickets elsewhere, for example on a ticketing solution like Eventbrite, you can always enter that URL without having to use the integrated payment gateway inside Ohanah.

Email & communication management

Communication is a vital factor for your events. Keep engaging and informing your attendees on time. You can now generate and send reminder emails to the ones that haven't paid yet. In the case you prefer to use external systems, like for example MailChimp, don't worry, Ohanah integrates with it out of the box! Just enter your MailChimp API key, and each new attendee will be added to your list automatically.

Ticketing done right

In order to sell out your event quicker, it is important to show the amount of places left in real time. You can also set the date when the registration will close. Your attendees can also register in groups, meaning that they can buy more than one ticket and enter participants details in one shot, without having to repeat the operation for each single ticket.

Attendees and payment management

For every event, Ohanah generates an "attendees management view" in the backend, where you can see a list of registered people and easily check who has paid and who hasn't yet. From within that attendees management view you can also export the whole dataset as CSV file. Depending on your needs, you could now import the data in Excel or in a 3rd party CRM.

At the door features

Forget the need to print a list of attendees on paper and the necessity to bring it at the event in order to checkin the people that shows up. Just bring your laptop with you and do the checkin directly at the door! You can even accept payment at the venue and welcome attendees that didn't pre-register online. In this way Ohanah app for Joomla can become your best friend at the door of each of your next events, allowing you to even manage offline payments.

Easy yet powerful settings

The registration and payment settings follow the idea of "set them once, and forget about them", so you and/or your clients can just focus on the events and don't need to think about the settings anymore.
