Ohanah is a premium extension for Joomla. The Ohanah support center is a closed area for our members where they have access to all of our products, updates , documentation and forums. In the support center they can also open private tickets, our support engineers will be happy to assist you and take care of your needs.

Will you customize Ohanah for me?

No sorry, we don't provide customization works through the support system. If you subscribe to our professional or developer plan we will be more then happy to show you where to look for in the code and help you getting started if needed.

   

I thought open-source software was free, why do you charge?

Open source means free as in freedom not free as in free beers. According to the GPL license on which Ohanah is released, we don't charge for the code itself, but we charge for the support, for the time we spend on updating, fixing and improving the software for you. We believe that quality of support is as important as the code itself, and charging for it is the only way to provide quality "A class" personal support, so that you are not left alone on a forum having to search for answers that you may never find.

  • Regular: 6 months support for a single domain. Tickets answered within 48 hours. 10 tickets per month.
  • Light: 2 months support for a single domain. Tickets answered within 72 hours. 5 tickets per month.
